…quick story. I needed a new roof. Bank said to call an Appraiser. I followed him around my home. I fed him homemade baked goods. I didn’t like his appraisal. I quizzed him to death.

I called the university and got on the next course. I realized I needed to learn more so I finished a Business Admin Degree, a Diploma in Urban Land Economics, A Post Graduation Valuation Certification, My Canadian Residential Appraiser Licence, then my Commercial Appraisal Licence. Total about 75 courses.

Since I felt I was still missing good information, I then took the other Appraisal Organizations Education courses too. I have been on a steady education course load since I was 17 years old; I continue to study, mentor, research and analyze.

Oh PS I also had to ensure that my Profession absorbed my disabilities; this profession does. Perfect profession for me. I love it.
